What to Look for in Wedding Limousine Services - 3 Tips
We know how much work goes into planning your wedding. You have to find a venue, a dress,
bridesmaids gowns, tuxes, photographers, florists...okay, you get the idea. No need to stress out any brides or grooms who may be reading this!
One thing that seems simple enough to cross off your list is booking wedding transporation. But keep in mind that not all limousine companies are alike.
Here are three things to keep in mind as you evaluate wedding limousine services:
1. Longevity. Work with a company that's been around awhile (we recommend 7-10 years, at least). Why? Because limousine companies that have endured over time will likely have a good understanding of all the ins and outs of handling wedding parties. Let's face it -- it's a wonderful day, but it can also be stressful and nerve-wracking. The last thing you need to worry about is whether you get to the reception on time.
2. The fleet. How often does the company invest in new vehicles and how well are they maintained? Ask questions, but also consider stopping by headquarters, if possible, to check 'em out firsthand.
3. The drivers. This will require a little more sleuthing since the limo companies are going to promote how great their drivers are. Check social media: look at the company's Facebook page and see what sort of comments have been left. Check out review sites, like Yelp, and see what comes up. Ask the question on Twitter. People usually speak up if service is really great, or really terrible.
